Summer Art Exhibition
August 11th to the 15th here at Merchants’ Place we will be having a Summer Art Exhibition. 9am to 4pm daily. Showing some of the work by local leisure painters who attend Cora’s art classes running from Merchants’ Place.
Commissions from sales will support the community work carried out at Merchants’ Place. Come along and see the lovely art work.

Volunteer Gardener Needed.
Here at Merchants’ Place we have a small area at the front of the building that needs maintaining, general weeding and some hedge trimming in our car park area.

First Aid Courses.
Having basic First Aid knowledge can be incredibly useful in emergencies, whether at home or at work. We have two First Aid Basic 1 day courses coming to Merchants’ Place on July 7th and July 21st. The course is taught in small groups by a specialist tutor to ensure everyone gets the attention they need.. You’ll come away with essential First Aid skills and more confidence to handle emergencies.
