Welcome to Cromer Community Fridge, a service offered by Merchants’ Place.
Our Community Fridge is visited by over 30 families a day, with the majority being elderly residents. The fridge is stocked purely through donations from local supermarkets and public donations. We understand times are difficult, but please consider donating if you are able. We accept long life food, cleaning and toiletry products alongside monetary donations. Thank you.
Opening times: Monday – Thursday, 10am – 3pm.
Please do not arrive early, the centre is very busy first thing in the morning and you will be asked to come back later.
The fridge is closed every Friday and at weekends.
We respectfully ask that everybody respect’s each others privacy and personal space – we are running on a ‘one in, one out’ system, and you be asked to sign in on arrival.
Don’t forget to bring your own bag! We cannot offer you one if you forget.
