Volunteer Gardener Needed.
Here at Merchants’ Place we have a small area at the front of the building that needs maintaining, general weeding and some hedge trimming in our car park area.

First Aid Courses.
Having basic First Aid knowledge can be incredibly useful in emergencies, whether at home or at work. We have two First Aid Basic 1 day courses coming to Merchants’ Place on July 7th and July 21st. The course is taught in small groups by a specialist tutor to ensure everyone gets the attention they need.. You’ll come away with essential First Aid skills and more confidence to handle emergencies. Cromer Beat Manager Surgery
On Friday 27th June 10am to 12 noon PC1683 Alex Barnes our local Beat Manager will be at Merchants’ Place., so that local residents can consult with their local officer about issues which affect them. Your welcome to come along and meet her.
Volunteers’ Week starting Monday 2nd June
Volunteers’ Week is an annual UK-wide campaign held from the first Monday in June to celebrate and recognise the contributions of volunteers.
Here at Merchants’ Place we will be starting the week with a Volunteer Information Open Day on Monday 2nd June 10am to 2pm. Come along and find out about the opportunities available in the local area.
We will celebrate the week with a THANK YOU afternoon for all our lovely volunteers on Thursday 4th.

Spring Craft Event
We will be having a Spring Craft Event here at Merchants’ Place on Saturday 12th April from 10am to 4pm. Showcasing local artisans and selling their work. Paintings, prints and cards from Cora, photography from Jullian Meryll “Everchanging Light” , Cromer Country Kitchen and Green Bee Norfolk are a few examples of the stall. Light refreshments will be available, come along and join us.
Warm Space on Mondays change of time.
From Monday 24th February our Monday Warm Space time will be from 10am to 12 noon. Come along to stay warm, have a hot drink and snack and meet new people. No need to book.
TasteEd Slow Cooker Dinners
Nutritional support for your babies first 1001 days, TasteEd Slow Cooker Dinners courses running at Merchants’ Place in March, May and June. 5 week courses Friday’s 3.30pm to 5pm.
