We will be closed on Monday 6th May and Monday 27th May 2024 for the Bank Holiday. Normal working hours will resume from the following day.
This new free weekly group is for those in later life, to enjoy some friendly conversation, a cuppa and weekly activities.

A weekly group for anybody to come along, have some company and support each other by chatting and enjoying some refreshments. Run by our lovely volunteer, you will feel welcomed and will have the opportunity to enjoy some home made cakes.
We ask for £2 per person for each session to cover the cost of refreshments. Thank you.

Are you a new dad or will be shortly? If so we have a new course – Daddy & Me – which commences May 2024. An Early Years Practitioner will be delivering 4 weeks Baby Massage followed by 4 weeks of Baby Sensory sessions. There will also be other social events for the dads such as swimming and cinema trips. These sessions will be informal and you will get time to chat and get advice from our expert as well as share your experience of being a new parent.
