Merchants` Place has range of rooms available for hire: two meeting rooms, which can open up into one large conference room, a fully equipped IT suite and three private interview rooms. Each room comes with a variety of facilities including laptop hire and a high quality printing & photocopying service. Full technical help is always on hand. Our rooms are available to hire on weekdays and at weekends (if requested) for breakfast meetings through to evening events.
Clients are offered freshly prepared in house refreshments ranging from:

• Afternoon Teas
• Light suppers
Vegetarian and other dietary needs are also catered for.

A choice of beverages including fair trade tea & coffee, fruit juices and a selection of fruit teas is available.
Access can be provided to kitchen facilities if required.
